Ideally, the sooner the better! The more notice we have, the easier it is to secure the best hotels, experiences and perks. But don’t worry if you’re planning a last-minute getaway - we’ll always do our best to make it happen.
No problem! Let us know and we’ll try to transfer your booking under our management at no charge - and see if we can get you any added perks for your stay.
Not at all! You’ll pay exactly the same as if you booked on your own - and in many cases, I can even get you a better rate, plus exclusive perks like upgrades, breakfast or welcome gifts.
As a travel advisor, I earn a small commission from the hotels I book - which means you don’t pay a thing for my help. This is how travel advisors make money! I only charge a planning fee when arranging things that don’t earn commission such as itineraries.
Every trip I plan is completely tailored to you, so I provide a personalised quote after a free consultation call to get a full picture of what you’re looking for.
If you already know the hotel you want to book, hotel-only bookings are completely free - no planning fees at all.
For the Full Experience and Essentials packages, it usually takes 1–2 weeks to receive your proposal - we aim to get it to you as quickly as possible without cutting corners.
For hotel-only bookings, if you already know where you want to stay, we can get this sorted within a day.
For a hotel edit with a few handpicked options, this usually takes 2–3 days.
